Got a bad sinus infection in December that spilled over into the Holidays which, for whatever reason, led to zero running for a month…plus a lot of weight gain. So, I did the only reasonable thing I could do…enter a half marathon on April 3. So, back at the training.

Long Slow Run

Ballard Turkey Trot 5k
My first race! Didn’t do as well as I had hoped, but I did learn a lot about pace. I ran the first mile too slow. I finished strong, but felt like I left some out there. Overall a good experience.
